The 2010 Oregon Primary Election nominated one of the strongest slate of Statewide Candidates in years to help Oregon face the problems of Government overspending, a weak economy and stagnation of ideas in a government dominated by the Democrats.

As our Republican nominee for Governor has said so well, Oregon is ready for a comeback! Now is the time, and we are the Party that can restore liberty and balance to our Government, cut taxes and bring back badly needed jobs!

Today Oregon Republicans will join together, roll up our sleeves and go to work!

Here's what we should do:

1) Thank all the candidates that have run in our primary - winners and those who came up short have ALL contributed generously of their time and talent to reform our state and Republic!

2) Pick a candidate and go to work! First write a check to help raise the money we need to win. Then contact the campaign of your choice and volunteer in a way consistent with the campaign's needs and your abilities.

3) If you are not already a Precinct Committeeman or Committeewoman, contact your County Chairman and ask to be appointed today. A strong grassroots network of Republicans at the Precinct level is the foundation of victory in November.

4) Gather the names, phone numbers and emails of our friends, neighbors and other citizens and put this information in usable form - we need to reaching out to all Oregonians for the General Election campaign.

5) Stay informed by visiting the ORP website, and other Republican websites to hear the latest and learn how you can be most effective as an involved citizen of Oregon, and our Republic.

Our future, and the future of our children, are in our hands. Spread freedom, restore balanced government, help the Oregon Comeback become a reality.
